Cancellation / Refund Policy
We have taken every effort to design our products and services to be useful, informative, helpful, and honest. Hopefully we’ve accomplished that — and would ask that you let us know if you’d like to see improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need and want. All we ask is that you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Take a few minutes to look them over because by purchasing our products and/or services you automatically agree to them. Naturally, if you don’t agree, please do not purchase our products and/or services. We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time. Please continue to check these terms to see what those changes may be! Your purchase of FedBiz Access products and/or services means that you accept those changes.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Products and Services
Although we always endeavor to offer high quality products and services, we understand that there are circumstances where you may require a cancellation of purchase.
Therefore, you can cancel for any reason up to 48 hours after acceptance of the agreement and receipt of payment.
To cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must include the name of the business, business phone number, and the word CANCEL in the body of the email.
If we’ve completed the work prior to receipt of the cancellation, FedBiz Access reserves the right to refuse your refund.
The following products / services include “at-will” subscriptions to one or more of our ongoing product/service platforms (Ongoing Commercial Visibility Support, Market Intel Subscription, etc.):
These subscriptions intend to provide ongoing and continued support for the products / services you’ve purchased. They are month-to-month subscriptions, and can be cancelled any time by the customer “at will”.
If you wish to cancel your FedBiz Access Subscription License, please:
You will be required to speak to a member of our Client Services Team to facilitate your cancellation request. Once you’ve spoken with a Client Services Specialist, you will receive a cancellation confirmation code via email, completing your cancellation. Cancellation requests may only be submitted by the authorized billing contact on your subscription/account.
Due to your access to proprietary information, there are no refunds for subscription sales. You will not receive a refund for billing that has already occurred.
To avoid future billing, cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to the date of your next billing cycle, and may not be applied retroactively. Cancellation can be made at any time prior to your first monthly charge, and you will not be billed.
Your FedBizAccess Subscription includes a Set-Up / License Fee. This license fee allows you to access the Company’s proprietary government contracting database. Accessing the Company’s proprietary government contracting database activates your License. Once your license is activated, you are no longer eligible for a refund of Licensing fees.
Your activity within the subscription database has no bearing on your obligation to pay for access. It is your responsibility to use the service. If you require assistance in utilizing your subscription, please contact your FedBiz Access consultant directly.
Subscriptions/accounts that are not terminated in accordance with the above procedures shall remain active and shall continue to incur periodic service charges until properly terminated.
To ensure that your credit card will not be charged for your next billing period, it is your responsibility to make sure the cancellation policy is followed and confirmation has been received via email to complete to process.
If a dispute does result prior to cancellation being received by FedBiz Access then you will be responsible for incurring any costs incurred by both parties until the proper cancellation process has been followed.
Please ensure that your credit card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, we regret that it will be necessary to suspend your access to the subscription sections of the Paid For services until you provide us with details of a valid credit card. You can do this by calling our customer service department at 888-801-8495. You will still be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be met when your account was suspended.
Chargebacks & Payments
Client permanently and irrevocably waives any and all right to enact a ‘chargeback’ (that is, a disputed, reversed or contested charge with the applicable bank, credit card or charge card) against these payments for any reason whatsoever against FedBiz Access.
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including (but not limited to) if you:
have changed your mind about a Product; bought a Product by mistake; do not have sufficient expertise to use the Product; ask for goodwill; or when a refund or credit has been assessed by us as due, this will be paid using the same manner of purchase. You acknowledge and agree that despite FedBiz Access’s reasonable precautions, Items may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or similar oversight. In these circumstances, FedBiz Access reserves the right to cancel or reverse a transaction, even after your order has been confirmed and a payment has been processed. If a transaction is canceled, FedBiz Access will promptly arrange for any payment to be credited or refunded.
